Right
now, if you looked hard enough you would find quite
a few realtors out there whom are claiming to be waterfront
"specialists". Since our great country guarantees
freedom of speech, almost any real estate agent could
make this claim. What are their true qualifications
though?
Does that person
actually live in a waterfront home? If not how can he
or she really claim any common ground with you in terms
of knowing about the daily challenges of living in a
shoreland zone? Wouldn't it be frustrating to
be dealing with a real estate agent when you realize
that you have more knowledge of waterfront living issues
than this so called "specialist"?
Does that "specialist" have
a website? If so, is that site used to prospect for
waterfront buyers on a year round basis? Is that site
supported by advertising in places like Boston, Providence,
or Hartford, where many of the buyers with the
means to fulfill these transactions are coming from?
If you want to
get your waterfront home sold, you should really consider
trusting that sale to a Real Waterfront Specialist.
We are looking forward to your call.
